Finding the truth about health is, unfortunately, not easy! Her search for truth started a journey that is ultimately rewarding when she can pass along what she has learned and improve the lives of her clients.
She is trained in Functional Diagnostic Nutrition™ (FDN) -- a system that uses sophisticated and advanced laboratory testing that enables her to find the underlying root causes and blocking factors of ill-health that often times remain undiagnosed. While these tests are helpful, she perfers to help her clients save money by only using them if necessary. Naturopath & Nutritionist: Naturopathy is not a system of medicine, diagnosis or treatments such as practiced by licensed medical practitioners, but a lifestyle of natural practices which builds immunity, improves mental health and enhances body function. Every person has the right to learn of the natural God-given, life-enhancing practices embodied in naturopathy which will help maintain mental, physical and emotional health. A nutritionist believes "you are what you eat." Your diet plays a large role in your overall health, prevents disease, and helps the body to heal. What to Expect: Nutritionists and naturopaths are specialists who coach and educate clients on the benefits of natural approaches to diet, nutritional supplements and other natural modalities that can prevent disease and strengthen the body, mind, and spirit. During a first visit, you will discuss your health history, reasons for the visit, and lifestyle practices such as diet, stress, sleep, and exercise. Diane will then partner with you to customize a plan addressing your health concerns using natural approaches including dietary recommendations, detoxification, cleansing, supplements, herbs, exercise, lifestyle changes, etc. Read Testimonials. Diane has earned her Certificate of Nutritional Counseling (CNC) and her Doctor of Naturopathy (ND) degree from Trinity College of Natural Health. Previously, she received her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Golden Gate University and her Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Pennsylvania. Diane lives and consults in Temecula, California. In-office visits, telephone consultations and workshops are available. "Do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s." |
